Qualifications

• Spartan coach certification required to teach Spartan fitness classes.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• May need to work early mornings, evenings and/or weekends to meet center goals.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe, effective group fitness classes across Aqua and land formats.
• Adapt workouts to participants' abilities and safety, monitor technique.
• Ensure center goals by delivering high-quality programs and engaging members.
