Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in New York is seeking a Soft Goods Associate to engage customers in apparel, footwear, and Juniors, driving sales and delivering a superior shopping experience.

You will assist with front-end operations, maintain stock and visual presentation, and share product knowledge to help customers select the right items. The role requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends, in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills; good verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods; lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide world-class service.
• Assist in Soft Goods areas (apparel, juniors, footwear, clearance, fitting rooms) to drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of front-end operations (returns, exchanges, loyalty program, discounts).
• Keep Soft Goods areas visually appealing and well stocked.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are maintained; keep a clean, professional presentation.
• Share product knowledge and explain features and benefits to customers.
• Provide feedback to management on merchandising opportunities.
