Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience with friendly greetings and help.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while staying positive.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, pricing, signs.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise.
• Learn and execute operational procedures affecting inventory and shelf set.
• Follow Target policies and safety procedures; maintain a safe workplace.
• Assist with back-up cashier and digital fulfillment tasks as needed.
• All other duties based on business needs.
