Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. in the United States is seeking a General Cardiologist to join a community teaching hospital in Southwest Georgia. The role supports both non-invasive and invasive cardiology with a Monday–Friday schedule and a balance of clinic and cath lab duties.

The position offers patient volumes of 14–20 daily in the clinic, with hospital numbers varying and a monthly call schedule. Mentorship of students and residents is included in the role.

Qualifications

• Completion of cardiology fellowship or nearing completion.
• Board-certified or eligible; certification to be obtained within 5 years if eligible.
• Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Balance clinic and cath lab duties with a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Manage 14-20 patients daily in the clinic; hospital numbers vary.
• Participate in call duties, seven days per month, with extra pay for additional calls.
• Mentor medical students and residents.
