Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Whitestown, IN is seeking a Material Handler to join our warehouse team. You will load, unload, move, and stock products using forklifts and other equipment, with a focus on accuracy and safety during a fast-paced shift.

Required: forklift operator certificate or completion within 30 days, HS diploma or equivalent, and warehouse experience. The role offers a daytime Monday–Friday schedule (6am–2pm) with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in warehouse roles including order fulfillment across multiple departments (inbound, outbound, shipping, receiving).
• Forklift-certified or completed forklift-training within first 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience and six months forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or other powered equipment (~80% of shift).
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with exact counts and types.
• Maintain inventory records for accuracy.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy and report variances; monitor power sources and change batteries as needed.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and equipment.
• Assist in daily inventories and perform other duties as assigned.
