Responsibilities

• Establish short and long-range goals based on student needs and curriculum requirements.
• Plan and prepare lessons aligned to School Improvement Plan and District mission.
• Instruct and supervise volunteers and aides as assigned.
• Develop and implement IEPs, EPs & 504 Plans for exceptional education students as appropriate.
• Apply instructional strategies to address varied learning styles and ensure safe, engaging classrooms.
• Maintain records and environment conducive to learning, and communicate with students, parents and staff.
