Job summary

Sal’s Pizza is seeking a reliable Food Truck Associate to join our Mobile Division. You will help operate the food truck, serve customers, take orders, and process payments while maintaining food safety and quality.

Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced outdoor setting, work well in a team, and are flexible for evenings, weekends, and events. Previous food service or catering experience is preferred, with a focus on friendly customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, catering, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle busy events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the food truck, including setup, service, breakdown, and cleaning.
• Prepare and serve food according to Sal’s Pizza recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, professional service and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary service area and comply with safety guidelines.
• Stock supplies, assist with deliveries, and support events at multiple locations.
