The role requires CPR/AED and First Aid certification, 1-3 years in health and wellness, and English proficiency; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in fitness or wellness roles.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist members to achieve fitness goals and use equipment safely.
• Lead PF group fitness program and design simple workouts.
• Maintain clean facilities and promote a positive gym culture.
• Engage with members to build raving fans and member retention.
