Job summary

Planet Fitness Toledo seeks a Fitness Trainer to design individualized exercise programs for members based on experience, medical background, and goals. You will develop and implement safe, effective plans for healthy individuals or those with medical clearance.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a judgment-free, welcoming experience for all members and guests. Candidates should be 18+, with NCCA-certified credentials preferred or plan to obtain

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) accredited certifications such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, NCSF, NSCA, ISSA and/or WITS. If no certification at hire, candidate started as Member Service Representative and must obtain certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design individual exercise programs for each member based on experience, medical background, and goals.
• Develop and implement safe and effective exercise programs for healthy individuals or those with medical clearance.
• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests to ensure a judgement-free experience.
