Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics preferred.
• First aid and CPR-certified preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and classroom management.
• Experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, or martial arts is a plus.
• Ability to engage and motivate children effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead a wide variety of classes to gym members and guests.
• Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe.
• Encourage students to continue with exercising and make healthy choices.
• Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies.
