Planet Fitness is seeking a Fitness Trainer to support our Judgement Free Zone® environment in our Texas club. You will lead group fitness activities, help members reach their goals, and promote a welcoming, high-quality experience on the club floor.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, schedule creation for classes, and hands-on training with members. CPR/AED certification and basic computer skills are required or training provided.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Nationally Certified Training Certificate required.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter the club and assist with questions or check-in.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Regular, consistent cleaning and sanitizing of all exercise equipment and spa amenities.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked and clutter-free per routine schedule.
• Perform club floor interactions, tours, and promote the Judgement Free Zone® by supporting members.
