Job summary

Crunch - Bay Area is seeking an enthusiastic fitness instructor in Sunnyvale to lead safe, engaging exercise classes for members of all levels. You will deliver well-structured sessions, monitor form, and adapt routines to individual needs, while upholding Crunch standards.

Applicants should hold CPR and aerobic certifications; NASM/ACE/AFAA or yoga/pilates credentials are preferred. You will participate in monthly/weekly meetings and ongoing training to support member success and brand values.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Nationally accredited aerobic certification (AFAA, ACE or NASM) preferred.
• Yoga or Pilates certification also acceptable.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
