First Merchants Bank invites applications for a Financial Advisor to service and sell securities, annuities, registered investment products, and life insurance to qualified clients. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of securities sales, annuity sales or related experience.
• Series 7, Series 63 and 65 or Series 66 licenses and an applicable state insurance license.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales appointments and complete paperwork for successful sales, including deposits into the broker/dealer sweep account.
• Initiate paperwork for cancellations, surrenders, and partial withdrawals.
• Maintain relationships with branch personnel and lead training efforts as needed.
• Meet activity and production goals and grow within the existing book of business.
• Provide a broad range of investment solutions and financial planning guidance to meet client goals.
