Job summary

A leading power tools manufacturer is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in New Castle, Delaware. This role entails driving sales within one of our largest retail partners, enhancing customer engagement, and executing promotional activities. Ideal candidates will possess excellent sales skills, customer service experience, and be MS Office proficient. A valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy items are required. The position offers a base salary range of $50,000 - $54,000, along with additional benefits such as a vehicle allowance, medical coverage, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid driver's license for at least one year.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and using hands to assemble tools.
• Self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service.
• Plan and execute promotional events and product demos.
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure prompt task reporting.
• Participate in TTI’s training program.
