Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a merchandise associate to stock and rotate products in local stores around Novato, CA. You will drive in your own vehicle to assigned locations, check in with store managers, and keep shelves full and displays tidy.

The role requires weekend work and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Expect a fast-paced environment with on-the-job training and mileage reimbursement for on-the-clock drives.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
• You have reliable or personal transportation to work
• You have a have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided while you’re on the clock)
• Check in and out with the manager on duty
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays
