Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in events, promotions, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage attendees and adapt messaging to audience.

Responsibilities

• Represent products during scheduled promotional events and marketing activities.
• Engage directly with attendees to introduce current offerings and promotional initiatives.
• Deliver clear and informative product presentations tailored to customer interests.
• Explain product features, service benefits, and relevant promotional details accurately.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide practical information when applicable.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Generate customer interest through professional, face-to-face promotional conversations.
• Support customer acquisition efforts through direct engagement and product education.
• Guide interested customers through available offerings and relevant next steps.
• Maintain familiarity with current campaigns, product updates, and promotional messaging.
• Ensure consistent brand representation throughout customer interactions.
• Assist with preparing promotional materials and product presentation areas.
• Monitor customer engagement and identify frequently asked questions or concerns.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant observations to team members.
• Support the achievement of established promotional and customer engagement objectives.
• Coordinate with colleagues to maintain efficient daily event activities.
• Track customer interactions and promotional results when required.
• Participate in campaign briefings, product training, and team meetings.
• Follow established procedures for promotional activities and customer communication.
• Complete additional event promotion and customer engagement responsibilities as assigned.
