Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to join the event marketing team as a part-time Event Marketer at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events across the area. You will generate leads and engage potential customers to support our sales team.

The role offers starting pay at $18 per hour plus commission, paid weekly, with compensation increases based on event performance, plus paid training and flexible scheduling. Growth into management is possible.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Self-motivated with strong desire to educate potential customers about products.
• High energy and engagement for extended event periods.
• Must have a smartphone for timekeeping and lead submission.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and demonstrate products with energy.
• Generate and capture leads for the sales team at events.
• Set up and tear down event displays (lift up to 50 pounds).
• Meet and exceed lead targets as directed by the Event Marketing Manager.
