Leaf Home is seeking an energetic Event Marketer for trade shows, fairs and community events in the Joliet area. You will engage potential customers, demonstrate products, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

The role involves lead targets, pre-scheduled events, and ongoing interaction with attendees to drive interest and data capture. Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with weekly pay and opportunities for performance-based increases.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends (Fri–Sun).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Self-motivated with strong product education skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled events to generate leads for the local office.
• Interact with potential customers and demonstrate products with energy.
• Generate and capture leads for the sales team, exceed targets.
• Set up and tear down at events; lift up to 50 pounds.
