Job summary

Requires completion of an accredited nursing program and Wisconsin RN license, plus BLS; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• ACLS and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 months of hire.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience using evidence-based practice and effective communication.
