Job summary

Manteca Unified School District is seeking qualified candidates for teaching roles. Applicants must hold a valid Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and complete the online EDJOIN application with all required documents.

Submission includes unofficial transcripts for all colleges, credential copy with subject description and expiration, two letters of recommendation (within 12 months) and other credential documents. EL Authorization proof is required if not embedded in the credential.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
EL Authorization (must provide proof if it is not embedded in California Credential)
Unofficial Transcripts (Required: all colleges/universities attended) (Required for all Pre-interns)
Letter from Credential program currently enrolled (Required for all Pre-interns)
Lessons: Credential Copy (Must show Subject Description, Expiration Date and EL Authorization)
Two (2) current Letter of Recommendation (within the last 12 months)
CBEST (optional)
Letters of recommendation should be from current or former Principal, Assistant Principal, Department Chair, Program Director, or Supervisor. If you have not taught in California (new to the profession), please include a letter from your university program supervisor, master teacher, or practicum supervisor.
