Qualifications

Proficiency with educational technology and district tools.

Responsibilities

Instructional Planning & Delivery: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that meet district standards and cater to diverse student needs.
Classroom Management & Student Engagement: Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment promoting collaboration and participation.
Collaboration & Communication: Work with colleagues, parents and administrators to address student needs and share progress.
Student Support & Development: Provide individualized academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support; collaborate with specialists.
Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate attendance and progress records; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Professional Development & Growth: Participate in workshops and training; adopt new teaching strategies.
Other Duties: Support school activities and district initiatives.
