Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Valid California Intern credential authorizing teaching service in the elementary, middle, or high school setting.
• Enrollment in a program that will provide English Learner Authorization.

Responsibilities

• Teaches classes in elementary or secondary schools in accordance with approved courses of study.
• Develops lesson plans aligned to standards and engaging for students.
• Uses data on student progress to inform planning and instruction.
• Provides differentiated instruction for English Learners and students with special needs.
• Collaborates with grade level/department teams and educational partners.
• Maintains a safe and supportive learning environment and clear behavior expectations.
