Job summary

Texas Southmost College seeks Adjunct Faculty to provide quality instruction in alignment with the college's mission, vision, and values. You will lead, teach, advise, and facilitate learning, reporting to the College President through the chain of command.

Responsibilities include developing syllabi, delivering instruction with rigor, using the college's digital learning tools, assessing students, and supporting professional development and institutional effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Plan optimal learning environments and deliver high quality instruction and advising.
• Maintain attendance, submit grades, and provide timely feedback.
• Develop curricula with College policies while ensuring rigor.
• Assess learning with measurable outcomes and align with THECB objectives.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain credentials.
