Qualifications

• Industry experience developing and publishing original news content for digital platforms.
• Exceptional news judgment and AP-style writing; meticulous copy-editing under tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with video/photo editing software and live stream tools.
• Ability to multi-task, stay composed during breaking news, and pay strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Mass Media, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live & multi-platform reporting across digital, streaming, social, and broadcast channels.
• Direct and execute live video production including switching and real-time graphics.
• Conduct in-person live interviews and coordinate remote guests via video conferencing.
• Pitch original story ideas and assist with daily editorial meetings and planning.
• Track analytics and use real-time data to inform coverage strategy.
• Maintain ethics and editorial standards in all reporting.
