Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Delray Beach, Florida is growing a team of passionate dance instructors. We’re hiring for a Dance Instructor role and welcome applicants with or without prior experience who love working with people and staying active.

You will lead private and group classes throughout the week, help students reach personal dance goals through events and practice, and join our collaborative, energetic studio community that values growth and enjoyment.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about dance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to motivate and guide students toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals through events and classes.
• Engage with students from diverse backgrounds in a friendly, energetic environment.
• Attend studio events during weekday evenings and weekends.
