Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is seeking a dynamic Dance Instructor to lead private and group classes throughout the week. You’ll guide students toward personal dance goals—whether for a wedding, a performance, or lifelong enjoyment—while engaging with a diverse, energetic studio community.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Willing to commit to the work and hold themselves accountable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Guide students as they achieve personal dance goals—events or lifelong journey.
• Attend weekday evenings and/or weekend events with students.
• Collaborate with the team to provide engaging lessons and performances.
