Performance Academies is seeking a dedicated Daily Substitute Teacher to join our team on an on-call/as-needed basis at Columbus Preparatory and Fitness Academy. The role involves delivering lessons, maintaining safety, and supporting classroom management and student needs.

Required is a high school diploma or GED with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Education, plus state background checks. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructional lessons and activities using approved curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain a positive, orderly, and engaging classroom environment.
• Follow all school safety procedures and supervise students at all times.
• Take attendance, monitor participation, and maintain records.
• Support differentiated instruction and accommodations for diverse learners.
