ACCEL Schools is hiring a Daily Substitute Teacher at Northeast Ohio College Preparatory School in Cleveland, OH. You will deliver lessons, differentiate instruction, and support student growth in a dynamic urban environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active Ohio teaching license, a bachelor’s degree, and strong classroom management and communication skills. You will collaborate with staff and engage families while upholding ACCEL’s educational commitments.

Formación

• Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Experience working in urban education environments.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans with planned adjustments.
• Differentiate instruction for all learners.
• Keep accurate records of student progress.
• Use evidence-based planning and instruction.
• Manage student behavior effectively.
• Create a positive, engaging classroom.
• Use curricula reflecting diverse backgrounds.
• Uphold school culture expectations.
• Communicate with families about student growth.
• Incorporate technology into daily practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support non-instructional activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
