Qualifications

• Active Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Comfort with growth‑oriented coaching based on frequent observations and feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Ability to supervise students across ages and settings.
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks.
• Experience in urban school environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans and modify them as needed.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
