Job summary

Domino’s is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for phone-in and carryout customers. You’ll handle orders, provide friendly service, and uphold Domino’s Perfect Image standards while learning our products and the Pulse POS system. Training programs exist for advancement to management.

Candidates must pass background checks and drug testing and wear the company uniform. Strong communication and team coordination are essential to meet service targets.

Qualifications

• Pre-screening through background checks and urinalysis drug testing.
• Must have a positive, friendly attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
• Uniform shirts and hats provided; wear black pants/skirt/cants as specified in policy.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and assist phone-in and carryout customers.
• Provide friendly, professional service and accurate order taking.
• Learn about Domino’s products and equipment, including the Domino’s Pulse POS system.
• Contribute to efficient order processing to meet HTA-style targets.
