Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer product and service questions and advertise/wobble boarding.
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating information.
• Prepare and package food products.
• Collect payment and hand out orders to customers.
• Resolve product or service issues by determining the cause of the problem and expediting corrections to ensure resolution.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Contribute to team effort by fulfilling related requests.
