Job summary

BASIS Phoenix Primary is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator to support faculty and staff, focusing on student schedules, teacher substitutions, and assessment administration. This role requires strong Microsoft Excel skills, solid organization and communication abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to thrive in BASIS Ed Schools' fast-paced environment in Phoenix.

You will collaborate with grade-level teams, coordinate external exam logistics, and help maintain curriculum alignment

Qualifications

• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years teaching or administrative experience.
• Experience with children.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency is a MUST.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain student schedules.
• Manage records of teacher substitutions and activities.
• Coordinate BASIS Ed curriculum and assessment processes.
• Coordinate assessment administration of external exams.
