Responsibilities

• Adviser/co-Adviser for FCCLA; guide student leadership.
• Use assessment strategies aligned to WCPSS standards to monitor learner progress.
• Communicate clearly with students, parents, staff, and community stakeholders.
• Engage in ongoing professional development for school improvement.
• Apply diverse instructional strategies addressing culture and learning styles.
• Maintain a positive learning environment with effective classroom management.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate instruction and assessments across subjects.
• Collaborate with peers and community partners to enhance learning experiences.
• Integrate appropriate technology into teaching and learning.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
