Qualifications

• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly.
• Must love to smile, laugh and have fun.
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment.
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.
• Must be a good person, a team player, and respectful to others.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Organizing shifts and managing inventory.
• Handling cash and operating the registers and drive-thru.
• Overseeing customer service and satisfaction.
• Motivating and leading the team.
• Preparing orders and maintaining sanitation.
• Operating fryer/griddle and other kitchen equipment.
