Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for an in-office position in Sac City, IA. The contract runs for 13 weeks at 36 hours per week with a day shift starting 06/01, under supervision of a licensed OT.

You will provide OT services and help patients regain functional independence. Responsibilities include implementing OT interventions, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions per OT plan of care
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Assist with patient and family education
• Communicate patient status to supervising OT
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
