The ideal candidate will have 1 to 7 years of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies in federal and state matters, including financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, fiduciary duties, and partnership disputes.

Qualifications

• 1–7 years of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies in federal and state matters.
• Experience in motions, depositions, discovery, court appearances, mediations/arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• California Bar admission is required.
• White Collar/Government Investigations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a range of federal and state complex litigation matters.
• Draft motions, take/defend depositions, and manage discovery.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Advise on strategy and regulatory proceedings as needed.
