Job summary

CBRE, a leading commercial real estate services firm, seeks an Associate to manage transactions, market properties, and negotiate leasing or sale terms for clients. The role emphasizes in-office collaboration within an established team and CBRE training.

Responsibilities include coordinating projects, providing market data, and supporting transactions from listing to closure. A Bachelor's is preferred with up to 3 years of experience; Real Estate License is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Real estate license is strongly preferred.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Working knowledge of AI with interest in continued learning for practical application.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.
• A reliable personal vehicle.
• A strong work ethic and confident, effective communication skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Understand client goals and needs then implement processes and actions to accomplish such for the client.
• Coordinate and lead assignments to accomplish commercial real estate projects to successful conclusions.
• Provide clients with leasing availability, market conditions, and property values.
• Accompany clients to property sites to discuss features, leasing rates, and terms.
• Assemble property data such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and brochures.
• Prepare RFPs, review responses, and prepare reports on market data and comparisons.
• Gather and coordinate materials for transactions (listings, leases, sales agreements) and prepare offers and term sheets.
• Coordinate space planning and pricing with architects and general contractors.
• Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts and participate in negotiations and due diligence.
• Lead by example, adhere to CBRE RISE values, and pursue new business opportunities via networking and relationship-building.
