Qualifications

• Applicants should have 2-3 years of litigation experience.
• Ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and organizational abilities.
• Preferred candidates will have experience analyzing legal issues, drafting briefs, summarizing factual situations, and pursuing discovery, as well as assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts.
• Candidates must be in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
