Interim HealthCare Staffing in Michigan is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a variety of facilities including nursing homes and hospitals.

The role offers flexible assignments to fit your schedule, a pay range of $21–$22 per hour with same- or next-day pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)/Roth, and ESOP eligibility. Weekly pay and performance-based increases are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active CNA certification in Michigan is required.
• Knowledge of state/federal healthcare laws recommended.

Responsibilities

• Care for personal hygiene and daily needs of patients in facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers and hospitals.
• Work with a team of physicians, RNs, LPNs and aides to deliver patient care.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake.
• Help with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals, monitor intake/output, blood glucose, and document changes.
• Observe patients and report changes in care, medication, or equipment to supervisor.
