Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our clubs well maintained and safe. You’ll perform routine maintenance and repairs of plumbing, lighting, millwork, door hardware and more in a high-energy health club environment.

You will verify system conditions, respond to repair requests, and log activities to ensure reliable operations. The role requires hands-on problem solving and the ability to work in a dynamic facility.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on assets such as millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems, laundry equipment.
• Verifies temperatures, pressures and chemistry meet state, local and company requirements.
• Responds to repair requests and emergencies, prioritizing and scheduling work as needed.
• Records all maintenance activity in the Maintenance Tracking software.
