Job summary

Johnson County Clin Trials (JCCT) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to manage multiple concurrent clinical trials, acting as the main contact for sponsors and ensuring protocol compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with investigators and study teams.

The ideal candidate will have a life sciences background, 3+ years of trial coordination experience, and familiarity with CFR, GCP, HIPAA.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Life Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating clinical trials with overlapping timelines.
• Knowledge of CFR, GCP, and HIPAA regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to train others and ensure protocol adherence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overlapping clinical studies and serve as main sponsor contact.
• Manage study logs, case report forms, and regulatory documents.
• Schedule volunteers, assess eligibility, and coordinate visits.
• Maintain study-derived data and source documentation per protocol.
• Ensure safety reporting and adverse event tracking with investigators.
