Job summary

Parkwest Casino in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking friendly card dealers to create memorable guest experiences. You will be trained on table games and procedures, and you'll learn to manage hands per down while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability and attention to detail. Candidates must be 21+, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass background checks and a drug test. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
Open availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD!!!
Must provide evidence of U.S. employment eligibility.
Must pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background, and credit check.
Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Be put through a highly interactive training course covering past and present card games and procedures.
Maintain attention to detail; control table games with no more than 2 mistakes per 3 months.
Provide guests with superior service and memorable experiences.
Maintain appropriate hands per down, within 5% of the mean per table game.
Work as part of a team; show commitment and reliability every day.
Strive to excel at dealing games with support to grow knowledge of table games.
