You will guide customers through their sales journey, represent the dealership professionally, and maintain high satisfaction with proactive follow-up.

Ideal candidates are 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., with a High School diploma and prior sales or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly and cooperative demeanor; quick to connect and build relationships
• Persuasive with a strong drive for results
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey
• Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow-up
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web lead, phone lead, store lead)
• Frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge
