Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Capital Stress Testing Program Management Associate in Capital Planning and Stress Testing, based in New York. You will coordinate the firm’s capital stress testing processes, governance routines, and control activities to support high-quality submissions and internal cycles.

You will work with finance and risk partners to plan milestones, monitor progress, and resolve issues affecting delivery. This role supports examinations and timely responses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant financial services work experience.
• Detail oriented with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and drive for resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program management of capital stress testing processes, governance and controls.
• Support planning and coordination of regulatory submissions and internal stress testing exercises.
• Collaborate with Finance and Risk to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare materials and minutes for governance meetings (Working Group, Leadership Forum, Steering Committee).
• Support regulatory exam readiness and responses to inquiries.
• Track remediation of findings and maintain training materials, policies and checklists.
• Update procedures and control documentation in a controlled environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables with finance and risk stakeholders.
