Job summary

A leading indoor adventure park company is seeking Café Team Members for their Daytona Beach location. The role involves providing exceptional guest service, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the Café. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma, basic math skills, and preferably have food handling certification. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Work hours may include days, nights, and weekends, and the position requires moving about the facility and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required, some College preferred.
• Basic math skills of adding and subtracting required.
• ServSafe or similar food handling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the highest standards of guest relations and care when assisting guests at the counter.
• Give advice and recommendations on products to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure adequate stock levels of supplies and consumables for the Café area.
• Manage queues and exceed guest expectations; upsell to maximize profit.
• Keep Café and surrounding areas tidy and clean.
• Handle guest complaints and report feedback to the Leadership Team.
• Work within established guidelines and operating procedures.
• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
• Properly cook and store food items at appropriate temperatures.
• Ensure compliance with all health code regulations.
