2020 Companies seeks energetic Field Marketing Representatives to conduct scheduled retail activations across the Dalton, GA territory. You will engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations, verify age, and distribute promotions while traveling within the territory.

No tobacco industry experience required, just a great personality and reliability. You will report outcomes via mobile apps, build store relationships, and support events with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
• Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
