Cellairis is seeking a Brand Advocate in La Crosse, Wisconsin to drive in-store sales and engage customers at the walk-by entry with high energy and a proactive approach. You will use AIDA-based scripts, encourage participation in offers, and aim to convert walk-ins into buyers while representing the Cellairis dress code and brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to build relationships, and comfort standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, energetic and approachable demeanor.
• Genuine customer service and ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to identify and engage the right prospective customers.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors using AIDA-based scripts to drive store visits and purchases.
• Entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage engagement and potential purchases.
• Persuade customers to show their phone for a repair quote and to join the mailing list under participation terms.
