Job summary

Cellairis is seeking a Brand Advocate in Princeton, NJ to drive store traffic and convert walk-by customers into sales. You will use energetic, scripted approaches to engage customers, qualify their needs, and guide them toward a purchase or sign-up, while representing the Cellairis brand at the front of the store.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to memorize scripts and apply them naturally. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and highly energetic
• Ability to build relationships with clients and provide genuine customer service
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors using AIDA-based scripts
• Persuade customers to obtain repair quotes or join mailing lists
• Drive awareness of special offers and encourage visits to the counter
