Job summary

Fort Bend Epicenter in Rosenberg, TX is seeking a Bartender to support the Food & Beverage team during events and regular service. You will prepare beverages, interact with guests, and manage a cashless POS system in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1 year of customer service experience (bartending in events preferred), weekend and evening availability, and 18+ years old with proper Texas ABC and Food Handler permits.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission Certification and a Food Handlers Permit prior to start date.
• One year of customer service experience in a event or venue preferred.
• Must be available on weekends and nights as well as some weekdays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
• Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks/drinks
• Operate a point-of-sale unit; cashless venue
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Ensure bar and lounge areas are clean and well presented
• Able to prepare batch mixes according to specs provided by F&B Manager
• Any additional tasks assigned by management
