Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a bar or similar environment preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and mixed cocktails.
• Ability to stand or be mobile for at least 4 hours, bend, stoop and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed guests’ expectations.
• Confident, outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by interacting with guests in a friendly manner.
• Adhere to all liquor laws and Applebee’s recipe specifications.
• Mix and serve drinks following set recipes.
• Greet guests, take orders and answer questions.
• Process payments using QR code or POS.
• Maintain a clean and safe bar area.
